11. Release Hypnosis Recording Service:

The Release Hypnosis Recording Service is provided with a two hour base (at $250) with each subsequent hour provided at $100 per hour.  During the course of this time, you will be given opportunities to listen to the recordings to ensure that you’re happy with the direction the recordings are going in.   The price includes the two-hour time allocation, access to the equipment, editing, effects processing, and adding background music (note that the fee does NOT include the background music itself; just adding the background music which you provide).  You will be provided at the end of the session with either a USB key (at cost) or a Dropbox download link containing both MP3 and WAV file recordings of the raw vocal take and the completed vocal take.  You will be entitled to make one change post the session regarding the mixing so it is important that you listen to and provide detailed notes around your requirements otherwise an additional charge of $100 per hour will be applied.   In line with other recording services and given that you will be involved in the recording process from start through to finish, payment is due at the end of the two-hour session regardless of your subsequent level of satisfaction with the recording afterward. All other terms and conditions apply.

12. COVID Safe Policy

The health and safety of both the Release Hypnosis team and our clients are absolutely paramount.

To help maintain this, we will be following government requirements.

We will be using a HEPA filter during our session along with social distancing.  Chairs will be cleaned between sessions.  If I am unwell, my promise to you is that I will reschedule the session for your safety.  Likewise, if you are unwell, it is appreciated that you call to reschedule your session.

13. Online Teletherapy Sessions

Teletherapy services include therapy sessions provided by video or phone call, with preference for video call as this is closest to in-person therapy sessions. Once a Teletherapy session is scheduled your therapist will email you a link to be able to connect to your Teletherapy session with Release Hypnosis via the Teletherapy platform used.

Teletherapy services require clients to have a secure and reliable internet connection and a device (i.e., smartphone, iPad, laptop, desktop) with a camera, microphone, and speakers.

It is advisable for clients to choose an environment for each session where they are not likely to be distracted, interrupted or overheard, and one that has minimal noise disturbance. Clients are encouraged to also choose an environment with good lighting and consideration of the background.

Because clients may be in varied locations for their Teletherapy sessions, Release Hypnosis will require clients to provide their location at the commencement of each session. Please be aware that clients are responsible for any costs associated with setting up the technology needed so they can access Teletherapy services and their data or call usage. Release Hypnosis will be responsible for the cost associated with the platform used to conduct Teletherapy services.

Clients should be aware that problems may occur due to connection issues causing image delays or less than optimal image quality. Video calls generally limit the amount of nonverbal information exchanged between therapists and clients and as a result, there is greater potential for misinterpretation. Clients are asked to please have patience with the process and clarify information if they think YOUR NAME has not understood them well and to also be patient if she asks for periodic clarification. Please note that your therapist will be taking notes and at times will need to look down during Teletherapy sessions to record these. In accordance with legislative requirements, electronic records and paper records are kept in secure storage.

Release Hypnosis will not make video or audio recordings of Teletherapy sessions without your expressed permission first and clients are asked to respect the therapist’s privacy by agreeing not to make such recordings of Teletherapy sessions and not to use materials from the sessions for purposes other than therapy (e.g., posting any portion of said sessions on internet websites such as Facebook or YouTube is not permitted).

PROCEDURES IN CASE OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR DISRUPTIONS IN SERVICE:
If there is ever a disruption of services on the internet or technical difficulties, your therapist will message or call the client to discuss how to proceed with the session. If re-connection is not possible within 10 minutes your therapist will send an email to schedule a new session time.
